The stock and the buildings

The complex is organised into G Block and E Block, with the well-known office addresses clustered around the Bandra Kurla Complex Road spine and the Diamond Bourse end. Stock ranges from large single-tenant towers to strata-owned floors that come to market in smaller cuts of 2,000 to 8,000 sq ft carpet.

Connectivity and commute

Bandra (Western Line) and Kurla (Central and Harbour Lines) suburban stations are both roughly 3 to 4 km away, and the Mumbai Metro Line 2B and Line 3 stations serving BKC have brought the district within walking distance of a rapid transit stop for much of the complex. Road access via the Bandra-Worli Sea Link puts South Mumbai within about 25 to 35 minutes off-peak.
